It was an exciting and successful day at the Annual Michigan Lymphomathon. The Michigan branch of the Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) sponsored the event on Saturday, April 26, 2008. Now in its third year, this 5K walk was Michigan's most successful, with a fundraising total of over $30,000 and their largest group of walkers! Lymphomathons are noncompetitive 5K walks where lymphoma survivors and their family, friends, community and corporate sponsored teams walk in honor and memory of those whose lives are touched by lymphoma, which is cancer of the lymphatic system. Having debuted her song "Getting Closer" at the 2007 event, Annette was invited once again to help make this year's event more memorable and meaningful. Annette wrote this song for the Lymphomathon and its worthy cause. She also performed "Infinite Possibilities", one of twelve tracks from her new CD Paradox Of Life.
